Use the size options on each product page and check our size guide. For trainers, switch between UK, US and EU sizes to see the equivalents supplied for that product. If you need help, send us the product name and your usual size.

Crossed-out sizes are currently unavailable. Choose an available size before adding a piece to your bag. Availability is checked again when your bag is updated and at checkout.

Select the heart beside a product to add it to your saved pieces. You can keep a selection in this browser, or sign in to your Yenoto account to access saved pieces across devices. Saving a piece does not reserve stock.

The payment methods available for your order are shown at secure Shopify checkout. You can also select an available size and use Shop Pay directly from a product page. Payment options can vary by country, device and eligibility.

Choose your delivery country using the country selector in the menu or footer. See delivery information for destinations, charges and estimated times. The final delivery options are shown at checkout after you enter your address.

Sign in to My account using the email address you used at checkout. You can view your order details and available tracking information there. For a question about an order, contact us and include your order number.
